Want To Shrink Belly Fat? Understand It First!

Not too long ago I had a problem that seemed impossible to overcome…a flabby belly. Now I’m sure that I’m not too different than many of you; I’m middle aged (in my 40’s), have two children and I work a full time desk job. I spent a lot of time in the gym trying to shrink belly fat without much success.

It’s not that I didn’t try hard, I did. Lots of aerobic exercises; running, treadmill, elliptical, you name it. I thought that I knew a lot about exercising after all, I had spent so much time in the gym. There had to be ways to lose belly fat but I just wasn’t getting anywhere!

What causes belly flab? I knew that diet played a role but I wasn’t sure what the other factors were so I did a little research to find out. Unfortunately there isn’t just one single reason that fat cells migrate to our middle body sections; which makes targeting them and getting rid of belly fat difficult.

  • Biology; our early ancestor’s stored body fat to prepare for lean times and childbearing. The middle of the body is the optimum place to store fat cells…placement there doesn’t necessarily inhibit our ability to function normally, walking, running standing or sleeping.

Loose Belly Flab – My Reality Check!
