Loose Belly Flab – My Reality Check!

If you’re like me just the thought of loose belly flab is enough to make you want to spend endless hours in the gym and eat like a bird. Of course there were plenty of times when I did exactly that even though I didn’t really know what I was doing. Truth is it was a lot easier getting rid of belly fat when I was a few years younger. (OK, maybe it’s been more than a few years, probably around 15 years, but who’s counting!).

But here’s the reality…I am not the young girl I used to be! As hard as that is to admit it’s just a cold hard fact; I’m aging and I that will never change. I always just thought that as I aged I would need to work harder at the gym to stay in shape and to keep loose tummy fat at bay.
